BBC Newsnight My grandson has been waiting over two years for diagnosis since his school said he should be assessed,I think because they didn't want him in school, frightened of Ofsted, why is it taking so long,he's 13 now and missing out on life, it's not fair

And it's true. I worked at the MoJ when Grayling took a hatchet to the English legal system. Ministers with no legal background would not listen and, as with everything else the coalition touched, the system is on its knees.
