I escaped! This was a lot of fun!

The Desmos turtle is a fave with my 8th graders. The turtle reappeared in a new lesson and the exclaimed “the turtle is back”! Thanks Desmos Classroom for the on point student engagement.

One of my favorite Desmos features! It really gives ownership of the learning to each individual in the classroom. Excited to create my own Challenge Creator slides!

I think we will be doing this during intervention this week!

I use a post it note, but this is such a great tip for using Desmos effectively. Pacing and pausing are important to get the most student engagement and conversation during your lesson.
