I asked a s.12 dr for feedback on electronic med recs today - he told me he was luddite... his view was that they are simple to use, reduce rectifiable errors as patient name/address are pulling from the platform, gives more space for 'reasons' and the forms are legible 📲💻

....doesn’t that sum up the illogical joy of football- especially in games where form & success always goes out of the window.... just hoping for the same result as same day 22 years ago!

...’historical reference?’... I feel so old😩! I’ve been at games where LFC fans have chanted ‘you’ll never win the league.’ (I’m not talking recent seasons either)!
