This is very disappointing, but sadly, not a big surprise. The work that the APPG Scottish Sport did with the full support of Tennis Scotland & judy murray, highlighted just how out of touch the LTA actually are. Far from establishing a Murray legacy, they are airbrushing it out.

Excellent meeting of the APPG Scottish Sport this afternoon with Neil Doncaster of the SPFL to discuss the impact of #COVID19 on Scottish football, and the game more widely. Some robust opinions aired and some frank answers given. Thanks to Neil for taking the time to meet the group.

We had Neil Doncaster of the SPFL at a meeting a few wks ago & he defended Sky Sports as their Scottish broadcasts had improved. This is obviously the Int'l game rather than the SPFL, but this is hardly evidence of Sky's enthusiasm for our game, or NI's for that matter. #SCOFRO

An issue the APPG will be looking at shortly is how the relationships between the devolved national governing bodies and the UK bodies work, and whether these arrangements are fit for purpose and equitable for all parties. Thanks to Brian for shedding some light on the issue.

Part of today's discussion with Maree Todd was around the groups work we're currently undertaking looking into issues relating to Scottish sports governing bodies, and their working relationships with their respective UK bodies. Some work well, many don't.
