Section 37/41 of the mental health act is the equivalent to an IPP. Locked up and never knowing when you're getting out.
Enforced treatment, told to have hope in a hopeless situation.

Treating trauma in the prison system is paramount in reducing reoffending rates. It is possible for offenders to have been victims in their earlier lives

In forensic mental health risk is the deciding factor on whether someone should be released. In prison someone is released when their sentence ends and acute mental health care it is someone's mental stability.

They were going to take her hostage I had to intervene. She was an officer but also a woman. I couldn't let it happen. She's now safe but I'm being attacked. They put me in segregation as now my life is at risk but I knew I did the right thing.

Eupd or CPTSD? What's the difference?? One diagnosed by a psychiatrist the other a psychologist. Which one negates the most sympathy???. Our fault or not our fault???
