Its Mental Health and Wellness Awareness week Avon Maitland District School Board (AMDSB) and students Anne Hathaway PS are busy learning about how to take care of their emotional, social, and physical well-being. Today's focus is how to deal with 'stressors'.

Students in Mme Morgan's class and Mr. Morris' class took part in the AMDSB 'Field & Forest' program today. Three cheers for our school basketball team as they represented Anne Hathaway at our regional tournament yesterday in Stratford! We won our first game, and even though we lost our second game, the team didn't give up and we ended the day with three wins and one loss! #GoHawks
