It is an honor to be endorsed by AFSCME Florida! Every day, our city employees go to work with the mission of improving Jacksonville for the better. I promise to uphold their commitment to service within City Hall and always fight to keep our city services like JEA in public hands.
Honored to be endorsed by the hardworking men & women of AFSCME Florida. As a public servant, I know that our staff is our most valuable resource – and as our next sheriff, I will continue to fight for all the workers who keep us safe!

We need strong unions that will fight to increase wages & benefits for those who work everyday on our streets, in our public buildings, on our utility lines & more. I’m thrilled to have hung out today with AFSCME Florida & to be able to chat & meet with those who work for us everyday
I am honored to once again receive the endorsement of AFSCME Florida and their members. As we face unprecedented challenges and attacks on our unions, I remain committed to defending worker’s rights and championing policies that help working families.

In honor of Martin Luther King, Jr. My office partnered with AFSCME Florida, Wealth Watchers Inc. and Edward Waters University’s New Town Success Zone to help spruce up their Urban Farmacy. So excited we were able to harvest some greens for those in need in the community.
