Congratulations to Arif Ahmed, the Academics For Academic Freedom hero of the month! The role of "free speech tsar" is fraught with risk -- the scope for disappointment vast. And yet, Arif Ahmed has been nothing short of remarkable. Thoughtful, consistent, principled, revolutionary.
