Volleyball conditioning workouts will begin October 12th and run every Monday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30 for the next four weeks. Email Coach Gibbons to register for the workouts. You must have a current physical and the COVID release form to participate.

Awesome job by our six Seniors in leading the team to victory tonight over a tough Patuxent team! It was great to see these six outstanding young ladies on the court at the same time as we celebrate what they have meant to this program over the years...
