Great first day at #shoptalk2022 with Matt Marcotte. 2 sessions that stood out. 1⃣ Ben Kaufman talked about the importance of finding the right audiences first and 2⃣ Katia Walsh talked about the fact that all retailers are tech companies whether they want to believe it or not.

When it comes to NFTs, I keep coming back to their negative environment impact. I agree with @NPDMattPowell who said the amount of energy that is required to authenticate NFTs in the blockchain is counter to a lot of brands commitment to sustainability
