MSHSAA says no games or practices may be held by teams if their school is not in session. If a school *IS* in session, then it is up to the school to decide if practices and games will be held.

MSHSAA has also informed teams it will *NOT* waive the rule requiring 14 days of supervised conditioning. If/when teams resume practice, they will start w/ however many practices they've already had. Once an athlete reaches 14 days, they can play unless the school says otherwise.

All Spokane Athletics (including practices) have been canceled through April 3rd. Thanks

Since I didn’t get to brag on these ladies at our usual sports awards banquet this year, I wanted to show where the team ended the season for top volleyball stats 2019-2020. Way to go Josie, Brooke, Mackenzie and Paige! I will get printed awards out to each of you. 🦉🏐
