Reframing the adhd experience - “oh fuck (fuck,fuck,fuck) I forgot (again)” to “I made a diary error” and breathe…

People with ADHD have a unique sense of intuition.

Some innate ability to sense things that others don't seem to see.

You can't really explain it.

You just have a 'good feeling' about something, or the reverse: 'I don't know, something about this seems off.'

We are delighted to see this article in BACP's Therapy Today this month. It is ableist and often harmful to dismiss a client's ND diagnosis. We stand beside ND clients and their right to access ND-affirming therapy.

Highs and lows of living with adhd

Been a while Twitter, hopefully I’m back, between family work and post covid health issues, There has been little left to give. However I can feel the passion and power returning

My #ADHD Xmas prep..

No Xmas cards bought or sent.

I detest sellotape and wrapping presents with all my being.

Last Xmas presents will likely be wrapped on Xmas eve and look like they've been kicked round a football pitch.

None of this matters to those who care folks..❤

2021 work year complete. Everyday I meet, support and am inspired by persons navigating life with adhd, which is a total honour and privilege.
