UPDATE: After several attempts to reason with management, we’re turning to the law. We’ve filed a ULP against the ACLU of the District of Columbia for ending the four-day work week.
It’s time to address months of retaliation and punishment for unionizing.
Sure looks like ACLU of the District of Columbia is taking away benefits from staff as retaliation for unionizing to me. Does you envision of a 'Just DC' include everyone but your staff?
1/ Two weeks ago, more than 750 Washington Post employees walked off the job for 24 hours to demand The Washington Post negotiate in good faith for a contract that keeps pace with inflation and our competition.
Instead, they returned with peanuts.
