What an honor it was to give Betty her flowers while she’s with us. To be able to be a witness and a participant in her legacy as President of Simmons AAAA, is an honor and a privilege that I do not take lightly. 🌹🥹
Still feeling emo 🥹 after receiving this #OfficialResolution from Brian Worrell due to the persistent efforts of my BAS 23 Steering Committee. It’s been 10 years since I started my journey with Simmons AAAA of Simmons University, first as VP and now ending as President.
As the 2023 Black Alumni Symposium Chair and Vice President of the Simmons University Simmons AAAA my love for Simmons has deepend because of this past weekend! It was an honor leading alongside Kenyora Lenair Johnson, MSW I could not have done this without her. #BlackAlumniSymposium Forever a Shark!
