A couple of days ago, Intel launched the new Sapphire-Rapids Xeon CPUs (SPR-SP) - and the first patches are landing in coreboot already. coreboot is capable of running on SPR-SP architecture - from now on. Check it out: review.coreboot.org/q/topic:spr-en…

Over the last couple of month 9elements Cyber Security together with the NLnet Foundation @[email protected] worked on some significant changes for the #ConvergedSecuritySuite. Did we just landed a four-socket Intel SPR-SP board in coreboot ? Oh yes, 9elements Cyber Security did. It's still WIP, but we can boot it all the way to Linux, on 384 cores. review.coreboot.org/c/coreboot/+/7…

A couple of days ago Open Compute Project announced the schedule for the OCP Regional Summit 2023 in Prague. Well, well, well - that sounds interesting. Looks like AMD EPYC has some #opensource solution they want to present. And it's running with coreboot.
