999eye helps reduce hoax calls, as it allows the control room to see the incident. Hoax calls to the Scottish Ambulance Service have almost doubled in the past five years, new figures revealed that malicious emergency calls rose by 84% — from 881 in 2012/13 to 1,622 in 2016/17.

Took Jack for a walk earlier and found some local youths had set fire to some rubbish. He was shocked that people do this. I called Staffordshire and West Midlands Fire Control he's now learned how to make a 999 call and also how 999eye works too. Not bad for a 5 year old.
