Don’t listen to this young men. Be there for the mother of your child and let the rest take care of itself. Those midnight feedings turns into financial freedom because nothing will inspire you more than being a great father.

Same dude who probably sat on someone’s couch and lied about how important it is to him to mentor their son in life and help him grow into a great man, husband, & father. Here’s how he really feels.

TRUE but Coaches if u want the SEAT FIGURE it out. In 2013 in the Cov we didn't have kids in 🏋🏿Training. So we developed a 6AM Mindset, Taught MATH my 1st 2 yrs at Newton, before ISS, we didn't have PE spots. Barriers will always EXIST. Figga It Out, or be an assistant 4 LIFE!

It's funny, I was having this exact conversation with some established head coaches today and these points are spot-on. If you don't have admin buy-in, then you might as well start looking for a new school today. Find principals who "gets it" and who understands that "football

This is a problem at all levels… this is a byproduct of ego… we all should be learning/growing daily. The ones that don’t it’s bc it hurts their ego and they don’t want people to see they really don’t know everything. The smartest man is the one who admits he’s always learning

Everybody loves to brag about their X’s and O’s… but games get won when your Jimmys and Joes punch their man in the mouth and don’t blink.

Scheme don’t mean a damn thing if your players ain’t built for the fight. Toughness, discipline, and strain win more games than any playbook ever written.

Why is it that education is the only profession where people are expected to work for free? Is it possible for a coach's motivation not be singular? Maybe he wants to work with young people AND buy groceries for his family? COACHES, NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR HOW MUCH MONEY YOU EARN!

Pete Thamel SportsCenter Who saw what he said and didn’t realize that he was done. Seriously. No team has ever been thrown under the bus publically than what happened in that presser. Locker room one thing—in public quite another. How does he go back and coach those players? Had to cut him loose

Ima take the responsibility for a blown coverage before I throw a kid under the bus. Maybe I didn’t do a good job of coaching them.

I have always said it is the job of the football coach(es) to build an attractive program that kids WANT to be a part of. Some do a great job, others just recruit. Either you sell your soul to win a few games, or you pour into others' souls. You choose.
