In Game of exporting & then importing sugar, Government now faces dilemma of 1- either giving Rs42 billion sugar import subsidy 2- or waive off 55% import taxes 3 or sell imported sugar at over Rs245/kg, if above two not possible 4- or if none of the above 3, face shortages
