In May a bipartisan committee tabled its report into the Safety of Vulnerable Road Users to the Vic parliament - it contained recommendations to reduce harms on our roads. The government has not responded to this report let alone implemented a single one of its recommendations.

thomask Victorian Government Anthony Cianflone MP My council put these out on my street a few times over a period of time and concluded that because only 17% of cars exceeded 55km/h on my 50km/h, that was within spec and there was no need to investigate any methods of traffic calming.
