“That’s pretty neat! You must be incredibly smart!” He was quite fascinated as it can be pretty obvious with the starry look in his eyes.

“You kidding me? I doubt there’s many people like me who didn’t know that word even existed!” He then walked over and brought a hand out. “I’m Asta of the Clover Kingdom! It’s a pleasure to meet you, Miss!”

His eyes widened a tad bit when she said Academy City. “Wait—you’re from that super advanced city?? I heard about that place with its high-tech and strong magic.”

“Good morning!”

“The name’s Asta! Magic knight of the Clover Kingdom!!” The male answered, introducing himself with a big smile on his face. “And you are?”

“Wait….devil?” He looked quite taken aback, but at the same time he seemed to be a bit on guard. “You’re not…like…evil, are you? I’ve encountered several devils but majority of them were not…friendly.”

“That’s relieving to hear; and plus, I do know a couple devils who aren’t hostile—and one of them gave his power to me: the power of anti-magic. And I know someone who is half devil and half angel. Anyway, it’s nice to meet you, Issei!”

“Whoa!! So you’ve got the power of a dragon and a demon?! Damn, that’s cool!!” Safe to say, Asta was very fascinating by Issei’s power as he looked at the gauntlet on his arm. “You must be pretty strong!”

“You got that right. When I found out that I had no magic at all, it was really frustrated but even so there was no way I ever gave up. Ha…! Guess you could say never giving up is my actual magic.”

“Haha. You’re pretty cool as well, friend! Let’s continue to work our asses off and become stronger than ever!” He said cheerfully. “Yeah, I’m part of the Black Bulls. My squad mates are like family to me.”

“Oh, you met Captain Yami? He may seem scary at first, but he’s pretty damn awesome! I couldn’t ask for a better captain. His dark magic and sword skills are top-notch!”
