Leadership habit: At the end of the week answer these questions. What one thing, if I did it better next week, would make the most difference for me and my team? What's the first step to doing it better? Then schedule that step on your calendar for next week.

Are we responsible for our own thoughts and feelings or can we blame others for those?

What are your goals and will you be any closer to them on Friday than you are on Monday? Make the week about progress, not just attendance.

One thing, there's many, that I am not good at is stopping the stream of thoughts about content long enough to actually produce the content.

Holding people accountable for bad decisions is different than helping them become accountable so there's fewer bad decisions.
