Let's be clear. A billionaire minimum income tax would only apply to those with over $100 MILLION. That's less than 0.05% of the population. But that 0.05% held $8.5 TRILLION in untaxed, unrealized capital gains in 2022. Yes, we should tax the wealth gains of the ultra-rich.
