After tomorrow, I will have completed SIX interviews about HB 162, the bill to fix Kentucky’s broken driver’s license system. We are spreading the word far and wide, and we’re gaining traction in our effort to make licenses local again! SB 7 was also filed in the Senate today.

With two bills having been filed to fix Kentucky’s driver’s license debacle, HB 162 in the House and SB 7 in the Senate, many folks have been asking me how they compare and differ. HB 162: -Moves the issuance of driver’s licenses back to the circuit clerk in all 120 counties,
