Bluemoose Books Wonderful news! And thank you for all you do for writers & readers. I was at Glasgow necropolis yesterday & v touched by a monument to a bookseller/publisher whose shop was the heart of the writerly city. People felt his loss as an earthquake. Publishers matter so much.

Said to be the first alien invasion story (not by me), 1892, by Canon Robert Potter of St Paul's Cathedral, Melbourne, Australia. The cover has little relation to the content, which is C.S.Lewis meets germ warfare. Potter was also a red-hot eugenist.
