The PRO Act coupled with the Moving Forward Act presents a tremendous opportunity to rebuild and repair our nation’s infrastructure while giving workers the power they need to work with dignity and security.

Water keeps the world running, just as workers do. Water and jobs are inextricably linked. When we invest in water infrastructure, we invest in our communities and create thousands of good-paying jobs that provide long-lasting stability.

The bosses have been rolling back our labor rights for nearly 100 years. And for decades, politicians have offered little but empty promises. It’s time to find out which side they’re on, beginning with passing the PRO Act.

Over 90% of employers require workers to attend anti-union meetings during union drives, with the average employer forcing workers to attend 10 anti-union meetings. With the passage of the PRO Act, employers would be prohibited from forcing workers to attend anti-union meetings.

The PRO Act removes prohibitions on secondary strikes, prohibits employers from permanently replacing striking workers, and bans the use of proactive lockouts by employers. Simply put, it would transform the power of workers all across the United States.

Solidarity is foundational to the labor movement. The PRO Act removes prohibitions on workers acting in solidarity with workers at other workplaces and protects workers who engage in protest actions.

"We laugh and we cry and we mourn today, the passing of the man who represented the Dodgers more than anyone in Dodger history," says Bill Plaschke "Tommy Lasorda was the Dodgers." Tommy Lasorda, the legendary Dodgers manager, has died. He was 93. latimes.com/obituaries/sto…

Right-to-work originated in the 1940s as a way to maintain Jim Crow in the South. By passing the PRO Act, we could override right-to-work laws all across the country all at once. Let’s put right-to-work for less into the dustbin of history where it belongs once and for all.

"The PRO Act puts power back in our hands so that we can stand up for ourselves and each other. Everyone deserves the freedom to speak up about what's right, even when we're at work."

Workers across industries in Arizona have been standing together to demand the passage of the PRO Act, the first federal expansion of labor rights in nearly 100 years. It's about time Arizona's Senate delegation finally stands with them.
