Congratulations to #ZholiaParsi, Martin Ennals Award Award laureate, and to Nila Ibrahimi, winner of the International Children’s Peace Prize. Inspiring and well deserved international recognition for strong and unwavering activism in the face of gender oppression in #Afghanistan.

We partnered with the Diaspora Film Festival at remaimodern, presenting the film Champions of the Golden Valley, an inspiring story of Afghan athletes. Following the screening, young women from our community spoke in a panel to share their perspectives on the incredible film.

We had an incredible time this Sunday watching the Canadian Senior Men’s National Team play Mexico in Saskatoon! Thank you to Saskatchewan Professional Basketball Club for their generosity in hosting us! 🏀 🇨🇦

Our first annual WINGSPAN Summit was an incredible success! We gathered together for a weekend of mindful connection, focused wellness, and so much fun. It was such a gift to reunite and make memories within our community of bright young women. More from the summit and gala soon!
