Great evening tonight, hosting Commandant RAF Air Cadets for the Lees Trophy Inspection. Cadets had a great night demonstrating first aid, DofE, leadership and much more. Just a small part of what we do.

Today we are remembering the crew of a Canadian Wellington bomber which crashed at Creswell in 1944.

Another potentially stressful day ahead for cadets waiting for GCSE results. As I said to the A level students last week, keep things in perspective and focus on all the positives if results aren’t quite what you hoped for. Always other options available.

Cadets from the squadron taking part in a service in memory of those who took part in the battle of the Somme.

This morning a selection of cadets received thanks from the Royal British Legion for last year's Poppy Appeal fund raising.
