I was really tired heading back to school- but once I saw the support from all parents who showed up for their scholars and my former students and their parents who stopped in- I felt revived! Loved all the hugs! Mary T. Christian Elementary School

You know what I hate about working in a Title 1 school? The perception that our students are not as bright, curious, or capable as those in other schools. I chose to work in the school I’m in, like many of my co-workers, because we believe in our students!

Let’s be intentional with the time we are given! It’s often too easy to take it for granted. Sharing a little #kindness is a step in the right direction. 🥰
