Well it’s finally here! Spring season kicks off today at Pacific Spring Showcase with a tilt vs. 2006 BC Bears at 10:30am. It’s a great day for hockey!

The boys finish the day with a 1-1 record Pacific Spring Showcase with a gritty win over the BC Blackhawks.

Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday ahead at Pacific Spring Showcase...we're going to play a 1:30pm game against the BC Wild, followed by a 7:45pm date with the Van vipers...Yeah, make some passes, maybe get some goals, stuff like that.

On day 2 of Pacific Spring Showcase the boys put together 2 wins against the BC Wild and Vancouver Vipers to finish with a 3-1 record and 2nd overall in round robin. Semifinal at 9:15am vs. Van vipers.

The boys show some adversity after the Vipers score to even it up at 2 with 1:30 left in the game and go on to win it in a shootout to punch their ticket to the Pacific Spring Showcase Championship final vs. the 2006 BC Bears. Great game by both teams.

Boys did the unthinkable and came back after being down 5-2 to the 2006 BC Bears and win 7-6 in a shootout. Fought through 2 penalties in OT and got the job done to win Pacific Spring Showcase

Some last minute preparations before our first game against the 06 Huskie Prospects tomorrow in Vancouver at the Elite Top Prospects tournament.

Game 1 is in the books with a 9-6 win over the 06 Huskie Prospects. 2 games tomorrow against the Western Flyers and NAX.

Boys get spanked by the Western Flyers. Not much time to regroup as we play NAX this afternoon.

Good rebound game and beat NAXHockey 7-2 in our second game of the day.

A win over Minnesota this AM puts us through to the quarters this afternoon. What place we finish or who we play is still TBD.

Season comes to an end with a 4-3 loss to the California Patriots. Good luck to all of the teams moving forward tomorrow.

A couple blinks later and the year is complete. Over 250 hours of additional on-ice training during the day and condensed school days over the past 10 months. Proud of you boys for your commitment and dedication to a program that broke the mould.
