#OUK219covid I felt that when we were in lockdown it affected my H&W massively along with so many. I felt like a prisoner and not seeing friends or family made me feel very isolated. It had a huge impact on everyone around the world and still is.

My mother in law passed away with dementia year ago now. And from personal experience she loved the time I spent with her doing excercises, playing games and chatting about the days when she was younger. Focusing only on her was challenging but u do it ♥️PersonCentred#OUK219
