I’ve just had my phone grabbed out my hands by 3 boys wearing balaclavas on bikes (Finchley Road & Canfield gardens). They laughed as I shouted to drop it. Im in shock but am insured & privileged. Others are less lucky. Help me find these people & stop them (financial reward).

Trauma survivors often need as much information about current situations as possible. This may seem intense to others, but we’ve lived with so much uncertainty around areas that were out of our control, that having facts about areas we can control, helps us feel safe.

Professor Ahmed Hankir Letting it out on paper is soo good for us. I often journal when I i know no one else could understand my pain unless they lived my life some days. Its so good for healing from trauma. 👏 there are toxic people everywhere!! Learn to be ready for them and take no crap 👊💖
