Great effort by our cadets in the rain today, doing their silver DofE qualifying expedition

Great day for 1803! 7 cadets successfully completed their silver DofE exped, and 2 passed their bronze leadership. Feels like we're back!

We had a successful day out with five of our cadets and one from 2222 Brigg Sqn yesterday, preparing for their Gold expedition in October - and the weather was good! Well done to all, it's great to get back out there.

1803 Sqn at our Battle of Britain church service. We're very proud of our cadets, their representation of the Sqn and RAFAC was superb.

Congratulations and well done to FS Vernon, Sgt Bacon, Cpl Renshaw, Cpl Sheldon & Cadet Case from 1803 Hucknall Sqn and FS Roche from 2222 Brigg Sqn! All today successfully completed their Peak District gold DofE expedition in some very challenging conditions.

1803 (Hucknall) Sqn cadets and staff proudly attended Remembrance Parade yesterday. Also laid a wreath in remembrance of servicemen and women of 504 (County of Nottingham) Sqn who gave their lives.

Junior cadets from 1803 have arranged a foodbank collection as part of their blue DofE badge. Last night the local fire service collected our parcels. Well done cadets and WO Carr.

Great parade night yesterday! Congratulations to Corporal Gilbert on his promotion., Well done Cadet Wood for his presentation on the Nottingham Panthers; Sgt Moss and Cpl Parker received their MAC badge, Cpl Blaj received his Senior Cadet badge, and the new cadets completed EFA!

Great parade night yesterday! Three flights had a 'Dragons Den' competition to design the Squadron Jubilee Project. Some excellent ideas and well done B Flight for the winning design - more to follow!

Last night 1803 Sqn welcomed Wg Cdr Withnall and team for our AFI. OC Wing met with CFAV and joined cadets in fieldcraft, STEM, archery (which he won), and table tennis (which he did not!). Thanks to all CFAV and cadets involved for an enjoyable and successful AFI!
