Catalene Theriot, Victim Assistance Coordinator for the Iberia Parish office, participated in a panel discussion about organizing and operating a successful and productive Victim Assistance Coordinator "VAC" Program at the 2022 LDAA VAC/Victim-Witness Assistance Seminar.

The 16th Judicial District Attorneys Office would like to wish everyone a safe & Happy Independence Day weekend & a Happy 4th of July. All of our offices will be closed on Monday, July 4th.

Special Announcement!!

LDAA 💯JRI created a big revolving door when it got rid of offender class! Rep Villio & I sponsored a bill to hold multiple offenders accountable. Sadly, it was vetoed despite bipartisan support. It’s ridiculous that 6th time offenders get the same release consideration as 1st timers.
