August is National Road Victim Month, every day 5 people lose their lives and 80 are seriously injured on our nation’s roads. A privilege to represent West Midlands Ambulance Service #HelpUsHelpYou and play a part in RoadPeace Ceremony of Remembrance at National Memorial Arboretum earlier today.

Our RoadPeace West Mids Group welcomed Simon Foster, John Cotton, Adam Aston 🌹🚑, West Mids Ambulance Service, West Mids Fire Service& Birmingham Children's Trust to the 'When Lives Collide' exhibition today which features photos that show the pain of losing a loved one in a road crash.

When Lives Collide: An emotive photography exhibition, providing a unique insight into the grief experienced by road crash victims. Thank you to RoadPeace and Professor Paul Wenham-Clarke for illustrating why we must all do what it takes to improve safety on our roads.

Our RoadPeace West Mercia Group gathered for a picnic yesterday. Lifelong friendships have been formed between families bereaved through road crashes. Thank you West Mercia PCC for enabling us to provide vital support in Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford. 💜
