Had a great evening delivering STEM activities using Sphero robots and MTa kits with 2187 Squadron ATC - my old unit where I was once a cadet and later the OC! Recently did some similar activities with Brentwood Air Cadets, fab to be face to face again.

A young person from Brentwood Air Cadets was awarded her Achievement Award for tutoring maths to 40+ children during the lockdown! A MASSIVE well done! 👏👏👏 #GlobalMathsDay

The Deputy Mayor this morning was honoured to attend and take part in the Armed Forces Day 🇬🇧 service. Today we #SaluteOurForces for their hard work and dedication.

The first Protector aircraft for the RAF has been accepted off-contract by Defence Equipment & Support for UK MOD after passing acceptance trials. It will now fly under a UK Military Permit to Fly but remain in the USA as part of the initial RAF training programme. More: bit.ly/3V7ftip
