Lakeshore 119 Composite Squadron had a great turn put at the "Sportsmen for Youth" day held at the Muskegon Co Fairgrounds.

Civil Air Patrol's AE STEM kits were a bit hit with the youth at Sportsmen for Youth day in Muskegon, as the Lakeshore 119 Composite squadron displayed them as part of our program.

Lakeshore 119th Composite Squadron donated over 200 homemade masks to Hospice of Michigan In an effort to help fight the spread of COVID19 Squadron members spent the last two weeks sewing face masks and have successfully delivered over 200 homemade masks to Hospice of Michigan.

Our Squadron continues to focus on training and giving back to the community as we meet online and while observing (social distancing guidelines) sew face masks to donate to Hospice of Michigan as well as sending encouragement via cards to their employees and patients.

Update: For the past few weeks the Lakeshore 119th Composite Squadron has sewn, sanitized and delivered a total of over 275 face masks to Hospice of Michigan. "This is just one way we can help to fight the spread of COVID19". -Lt Deblock.
