We have a special at Prime this weekend. It’s a 36 ounce wood-fried porterhouse steak with grilled heirloom tomatoes. It’s served very simply on the plate, and it comes with a bottle of Ferrari-Carano Cabernet Sauvignon. The special is $100, and we have 8 to sell this weekend.
