#TimeToTalk. A really candid piece with General Sir Patrick sharing openly about mental health struggles. We encourage all our people in The Iron Division to watch this. We must encourage our people to be mentally fit, for themselves, for their families and for us as a community.

Today 4 Armd CS Bn REME alongside The Royal Welsh were jointly presented with the The Field Army Equipment Care Prize! Really proud of the whole team. Everyone in 4REME contributes to equipment care; this award recognises the professional excellence our people bring to work every day! 🍁

Last week the Commander and staff of 1.Panzerdivision had the opportunity to visit The Iron Division on Ex CERBERUS in #Sennelager. Learning from one another strengthens relationships and builds #interoperability between key #NATO Allies.
