due to the recent bitcoin price drop (-0.3%) i have (btw, bro i am a whole) indeed begun to use small tokens in the interest of my margin, including conversion of some of these tokens (which are undervalued) into stablecoins for margin purposes (this is creating a bottom)

If the *ONLY* value of your token is governance votes including funding, then don't rug that.. You've made your token worthless. Oh and with non-binding votes, *AND* a centralized sequencer, you're probably a money transmitter. Good luck with that...
