"Just thinking, remembering I suppose. It's nothing bad, I promise." He smiles softly. "That's good."

after a moment he snapped back to reality, glancing over to the doorway. "roy, hey. yeah i'm good.." he was just reminiscing.

" thank you , bruce . " he'd eventually say , soon glancing over to where he stood , a light smile . " i don't think anyone ever stops missing their families , least the good ones . "

"Oh I never doubt.." He smiles, before chuckling softly. "She had you keep changing dresses? That sounds like a lot..remind me to remain above water, I don't need anyone judging my outfit."

he nodded lightly, a light smile. "yeah i know. i'm good...just, thinking back, good times and such."

"We sadly can't pick our parents; birth ones or not. And, for what it's worth, I think your mom would be proud of how far you've come." Her adoptive mother. The one who raised her. A soft smile. "You hungry?"

a light smile, subtle shrug. "i could definitely eat."

"I suppose you aren't wrong, but at least here you don't offend royalty in what you wear. Then again, if we crossed them, we probably would be." He said with a light shrug, soft smile.

he should be resting; is he? No.

a light nod, walking towards the door. "they all guessing at what i'm up to? come on, let's go join up; order this food."

"That's royalty for you, full of judgment, even if we saved their lives they'd judge our suits."

he isn't feeling too great; actually laying in bed, he can't get up.

"Of definitely, never let em hear you say that though, could end up locked away for treason." He chuckles lightly.

"You the one that talks constantly, jokes with the guards?" He teases a little bit.

he'd walk alongside roy as they joined the others, a small smile sent everyone's way. "so, what are we ordering?"

"you've got a point there, other than one of us enjoying pineapple on pizza..." hank of course, dicks never been a fan of it himself.

"Could always get a small pizza with pineapple, separate from another type?" Ah, dick grayson the people pleaser.

a small grin, shaking his head. "never said it wasn't! just trying to keep the peace."

A soft chuckle. "Oh I bet they would've loved you."

it's been a day, and he isn't feeling any better. despite that, he's up, looking like a zombie from the walking dead; but up.
