IFB Appliances customer service we have had major drainage issues with your dishwasher since the time it was bought. We've made uncountable complaints im last 2 years & they just can't seem to find the fix. This is a broken piece of appliance & you can take it back. #consumerRights

IFB Appliances I have talked to the customer support personal, technician involved- Sujeet, and his current manager- Arpit Shukla. These people are experts as gaslighting customer. There is major manipulation with your ticket data, closing requests manually, lying about timelines.
IFB Appliances I have had this issue since day 1 of using the dishwasher. This guy Sujeet knows it i have whatsapp chats with him and call recordings as well. IFB once took 8-9 months to get a replacement part because of this old issue, and Sujeet was in the middle of this.
IFB Appliances Today, he had the guts to lie and say it only took 1 month, while IFB was closing our requests in tbe backend. All the details of the replacement and the machine service requests are heavily manipulated and sabotaged. This has been a horrendous experience for me and my family
