Great season. Love seeing the crowd continue to cheer Go Sens Go to acknowledge that too. Staios has a ton of cap to work with this offseason. No reason to think they can’t be right back next season.

Jordan Spence is an excellent add for OTT. Not the biggest or most physical but has posted top-end two-way numbers, with a well-rounded transition game and the ability to consistently prevent rush chances against. A production jump is likely too 👀📈 📈 lb-hockey.com

The Sens still need to fill our their forward depth. It seems like they may bring back Gaudette and/or Cousins. Assuming Gaudette commands more as a result of his high-scoring season, who would you rather bring back?

Feels like the FA class isn’t great in the $4-6M projected cap hit range for forwards. McCann’s name has been thrown out there a bit. This roster with 2 extras still has ~400k in cap space.

I’d love to see Staios go for some upside. Take a swing on Olofsson, maybe overpay him a bit to get a 1-year deal agreed to (1 x $3.5-4M?) and minimize risk into the following year(s). ~25 goal upside, had pretty strong overall numbers in his first season on a playoff team…
