I managed to recover my account within 2 days thanks to the excellent support of Epic Games Store . I thank everyone and I hope that whoever has had the same situation as me will recover it just as much. I'll play next week of fncs with Giosephgamer Nicofn1. Thanks again❤️

If anyone has ever encountered this message here from Epic Games, simply create a new account and open a ticket explaining what happened, when and why. Then provide support with as much information as possible about the account you want to recover. I hope this will be helpful
