thanking Philip Cox of Cramele Recas for keeping me in the loop w/ new releases, these are solid, well made & structured wines, "IM" = Implicit, destined to the HoReCa, '23 Aligoté, Chard & Feteascā Neagrā, (also liked the P. Grigio, & have yet to taste the "EX" = Explicit line.

these are excellent, special reds, organic / biodinamic, 100% Sangiovese from Rada, fermented & aged in egg - shaped ceramic vessels, Chianti Classico, "Riserva" and "Gran Selezione" '19 vintage, old school style, text book, dry, w/ those cherries - clove - leather notes (cont)

(cont. my prev. post) med - weight, harmonious, w/ gentle tannins, & balsamic accents showing half way through the palate, & on the finish, there are similarities between them, yes, but subtle differences also, the "Riserva" has more "beef", tannicier & fuller...

(cont. my prev. post) the "Gran Selezione" is the lightest out of the three, elegant and silky, pinotesque almost...and I truly enjoyed them, the food was almost needed, and paired so well !! kudos to the "Egg Man", Robin Baum Robin Baum Wines !!

Letea Forest, a subtropical forest on sand and sand dunes right in the Danube delta !! nature's wonder !! and wild horses running around !! although I've missed them this time !!
