Hello all #LTHEChat A1. I'd say I'm a third space academic, on a voyage of discovery and understanding to better understand the third space and my place in it.

A2. Only recently started to hear the term used in my institution, when it's used it's in relation to student support roles. #lthechat

A3. Possibly. I'm still getting my head around the term and recognise not everyone is keen on it, is it the right term? Is there a right term? Thinking about how much we all do, does 'third' limit how much it represents? #LTHEChat

A4. By building opportunities/categories into rewards and recognition that recognise the wide breadth of activity that supports students across all elements of the student journey. #LTHEChat

A5. Where we have the ability to affect change, at whatever level that might be, open up opportunities regardless of role as determined by team/department/contract, e.g. next time we consider co-authors or co-researchers think beyond academics #LTHEchat

A6. Find others interested in the same things, those striving for the same improvements and outcomes, work collaboratively and let the passion guide us forward sustainably. Ensure doing so benefits all parties. #LTHEChat
