Bought a loveseat IKEA USA on Sunday. It was mislabeled (wrong color) and it came with two left arms. So, unusable. Called customer service and they processed a new order for delivery. Should have arrived today. Went in to check on status. CANCELLED. Contacted them again.

I swear Alaska Airlines has fallen off. Or their service in California is just poor compared to Washington. Delayed flight. Notified 40 minutes AFTER it was scheduled to depart. Everyone offering a different reason for the delay. Crew? Plane? A mess.
