Stephen King should be commended for this, not further dragged. He acknowledged a making mistake, set the facts straight, deleted the original tweet, and apologized for it. Twitter would be a better place if we saw more of this.

Some encouraging environmental news: the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reporting that 5.9 million river herring ascended the Penobscot River this year, that's DOUBLE their numbers from two years ago! Dams were removed only 10 years ago. American Rivers
