Chinese DL researchers usually refer pooling as 池化. But this word already has verbal meaning as 集中. Pool as 池子 is a reasonable guess for its meaning. But why the hell this “first person” cannot lookup a dictionary and choose a verbal meaning!?!!??!🤷‍♂️
