Busy Family Weekend and woke up sick with congestion, coughing and the worst sore and scratchy throat UGH! Hubby helped me make some easy Miso Ramen. I bought some organic Ramen from Amazon to try.

Bacon egg cheddar tomato My Grandma made these and called them "schoolgirl sandwiches." I have found no other reference to that name. She grew up in the 1920's, and had oddball names for all sorts of dishes.

The size difference between the two is funny. The crumb is similar for both methods. A little more airy than last time. I also opened them with a fork to the sides which supposedly makes a difference
