it's the one year anniversary of when i started lifting heavy....today I deadlifted more than my partner's bodyweight for reps and sets!!! hoping i can hit a 1 rep max of 200lbs+ soon!!! i'm only 5'2" and weigh 115lbs so this is a massive achievement for me 🤣

i just did 6 pullups only using 2 fingers on each hand...also hit 3 reps of 20lb weighted pullups (full hand). nobody can say anything to me today!!!!!!
